It's worth it in the end. I had scarf, akin, weil osteotomies in November 2024, 16 months ago. Although I would say that I still get some tenderness after a long run, it is slowly getting better and I wanted to encourage those going through this at the moment. Yesterday I ran 15 miles and it felt so good. I'm training for the London Marathon in April, so a good few miles to go still, but just wanted to say it is all worth it in the end and it will get better.
