As if I didn't already have enough foot pain out of the blue my Lateral foot up front is throbbing.

As if I didn't already have enough foot pain out of the blue my Lateral foot up front is throbbing. I didn't injure it. Hurts so bad. I changed orthotics for 2 day's could that have done damage? Switched back to my original ones after 2 days but still so much pain
