Can anyone recommend a good  woman’s walking shoe?  and a good indoor slippers with arch support. I noticed since I started walking alot treadmill or pavement, I’m getting pain around my inner ankle. Feels like it could be a tendon or nerve pain and when I stretch it, it pulls on the back of my heel.
