Day 9 post op. I had no pain issues in the first few days although I did follow the docs advice with starting medication early and taking it regularly. Day 6, 7 and 8 were the worst . So painful moving from being in bed to getting up and moving from elevation to walking . I think the pain from elevation is from blood flow back to the injury. I am now doing this in stages and it is helping a lot . All reactions:
