Did anyone else have a sore tender heel where heel rests on

Did anyone else have a sore tender heel where heel rests on bed/pillows. I am 3 days post tailors bunion & realignment & bandaged up until 2 wk appt. Can feel it thru dressings. Is OK if I raise it above surface am lying on so just irritating really. Would love to lather it in moisturiser! Otherwise off pain meds and following Docs instructions
