Feeling pretty hopeless at this point...

Feeling pretty hopeless at this point... Just so tired of this daily, constant pain and not knowing how to make it better, or what makes it worse? just ugh! I feel like I did better over the summer. And surprisingly I was going against doctors orders. I pretty much lived in either Hoka flip flops or crocs dual comfort flip flops, I switched between the 2. Rarely ever wearing tennis shoes. And though I would have some pain by the end of the day or if over-did it, it was more m
