For 16 months now I’ve been battling tenderness, soreness, pain in my FHL tendon directly underneath both big toes. Difficult to walk as pushing-off can be quite painful. I’ve tried just about every imaginable conservative measure, with no luck (see list below).
I’m considering ESWT (shock treatment) and/or PRP injections. Does anyone have any experience with either in this particular area of the foot?
