For about a year I have had increasing pain on lateral side
For about a year I have had increasing pain on lateral side of one foot and below 4th and 5th metatarsal joint. I know the fat pads are practically non existent and have relied on memory foam insoles to provide some degree of comfort. Now I discover my foot is overly supinated and I use heel wedges to compensated with some degree of success. I really don't want to undergo surgery as I am an anesthetic risk from bronchiectasis.
