Has anyone made tons of progress and feel like they're so close to beng pain free... but still have that one spot that will not calm down?
Thankful that my pain is gone in my toes, arches, and my whole left foot. It's the center right heel that is so stubborn. Curious if anyone relates? Did you try something new to help it? Or was it more time and rest that made the biggest difference? PT?
