Hi everyone! I'm 5 weeks post scarf Akin surgery and recover

Hi everyone! I'm 5 weeks post scarf Akin surgery and recovery is going well apart from being woken at approx 4am every morning. My foot feels so heavy it's weird and I can't get back to sleep. During the day I have the occasional zinger that takes my breath away for a minute but it's the dull ache that wakes me, it's so annoying. Any advice appreciated
