Hi guys. Been dealing with this for two years now. I have it in both feet, done everything just as many of you have tried. I am having a lot less heel pain in the bottom of my feet and in general feel OK. I'm suspecting it's because I was just given a round of steroids for a herniated disc. With that being said I'm feeling pain going up my ankle on the left side of my foot. This is new and I'm wondering if this is associated to PF. Fun new symptom! It feels like a strain and when I walk, it feels very tight.
