Hi guys! I'm really struggling with this I know it doesn't seem too bad but I'm in A LOT of pain. I walk for a living. Both feet are bad. But this one flares up a lot. It seems to almost pop after about 2 months and then flares up a month or so later what can I do to make the pain at least bearable
