I get this excruciating pain in my smaller toes.

I get this excruciating pain in my smaller toes. This happens only in the evening and when I lay back in my Lazy Boy. Sometimes if I rub them it goes away. Sometimes it hurts all night. If I get up and walk sometimes it goes away which makes me think it might have something to do with circulation. Aspirin has not effect on taking away the pain. It alternate from foot to foot.
