I got this years ago to help with sore feet in general from working in retail at Christmas.
I got this years ago to help with sore feet in general from working in retail at Christmas. Got it out today and its helping with the PF on the gentle setting. Did the water bottle roller before and going to do it again after. Thanks for who ever recommended Croc recovery slides too they are fab !
