I had lapidus surgery on January 7th and I dont think I am 100% ready to return to work without restrictions or extended medical leave. I returned to work on 19th and 20th last week, putting in about 5 miles of steps each shift, which is about average, and about ready to cry mid shift in the bathroom as my left foot feels so sore, heavy, and refuses to bend. I was limping half way in on the first day and most of the day on Friday.
