I was in the exact same boat as you and decided to come off my contraceptive that I had been on for 4yrs. I started to connect the dots, work on the time frame. I came off my contraceptive and one foot the pain immediately went the right foot still a little pain but much less. I looked into the side effects and hey presto... Can cause joint pain. I have started using the tredmil slowly again after being too scared to use it.
