I’m so depressed. I’ve been dealing with not being able to fit into shoes since last October. I took a day off work bc of the pain and I’m so depressed at home alone. I’ve seen so many specialists idk what to do . I want to take the dog on a walk. I want to get out an experience life. I want to go on a freakinf vacation. I’m so limited in what I can do and I’m totally emotionally devastated by all this. I don’t kno if I need an inse
