Just started wearing asics gel kayano 31, I bought a pair a size too big to give my toes plenty of space. I was wearing On shoes before and on the school run I always get pain in the inner side if my heel. Today during and after a long school run walk with the kayano 31s, no pain. It’s our footwear isn’t it?
