Long and possible crazy sounding post warning…
So just curious of others thoughts. 3 years ago my foot pain started in both feet. 1st podiatrist right away said plantar fasciitis and did the usual conservative treatments. It got worse, i even heard a pop in each foot one day while going down some stairs rather quickly. The doctor did 2 rounds of cortisone shots to no avail. X-rays and an MRI according to him didn’t show any tears. T
