My PCP told me that it looks like I have "veinous insufficiency".

My PCP told me that it looks like I have "veinous insufficiency". I need to verify with a vein specialist. Does anyone else have vein issues that cause your foot pain to come and go all day and causes them to swell? What does it feel like? Mine's sometimes burning, sometimes inflamed, it changes so much and drives me insane. There are even periods where they feel amazing and normal. I've been to 7 podiatrists.
