Over 6 weeks post op my foot is still hurting when walking have been walking in shoes but ive been icing it but looking for recommendations for pain trying to roll from heel to toe when walking but it hurts so bad worried about going back to work and normal 8 hour work on my feet all day ill be in work boots for 8 hours
