Toes and underneath on both feet get very painful while sitting sometimes on uncomfortable seats or standing too long. Recently noticed little pimple like thing's on bottom of my feet just the top pad. Not center or heel. Anyone else ever experience this? Also forgot to mention numbness on toes at time's
