Could I please have some suggestions for work shoes for wide

Could I please have some suggestions for work shoes for wide feet (I believe I may have lipoedema or something similar so my feet are very swollen)? Birkenstocks weren’t wide enough (also open toe) and the hard cork footbed did not work for me. Fit flop do make closed trainers but my foot didn’t fit. The podiatrist recommended specialist wide fit shoes which fit, but when I’ve tried them with insoles they are just not supportive enough. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. If I could fit a wobble board from a fitflop in normal shoes life would be a little bit easier! See less
