Hmmmmm. About 4 months ago i had an ingrown toenail cut out

Hmmmmm. About 4 months ago i had an ingrown toenail cut out. Ever since then my big toe has been really sore when i push off on it in one spot. I've had 2 MRI's done which showed nothing except for a bit of a bulge which they said was an oedema and should hopefully resolve itself.
