I had
Lapiplasty surgery 5 weeks ago. But I had 4 plates and one staple. I am still in pain and have swelling. Today my doctor said to start walking in my CAM boot and only 25 to 50% weight bearing with no crutches or walker. I honestly can not figure out how to do that. Anyone have any suggestions? I just feel like I can not judge 25-50% weight bearing especially with out an aid.
