Please help, I am really struggling with my left foot. I am awaiting a chiropodist appointment but in the meantime I am really suffering and have no idea what it is. In August 2022 I had a swollen toenail with some pus on my big toe (left foot shown here) so had toenail surgery for ingrowing toenail.
