Update March 3,2025 I had an mri of my foot/ankle that it agowa bone marrow edema and possible bactwrs neuropathy and thicking of the plantar facia. Now what? Back to the dr. to see what is the treatment. ************* Can PF damage the nerves in your heel?

Mine has progressed to neuropathy. My feet are now constantly tingly and on fire, on top of the PF.

I can't see how. But there are other conditions that affect the nerves. Neuropathy, tarsal tunnel syndrome, etc.

I just started taking magnesium supplements per my doc. He said it may help 🤷🏻‍♀️

no, full blown PF first, my 2nd round, it’s been years now, it’s not going away. Neuropathy crept in slowly but is now picking up speed. The tingly sensation is creeping upward from my feet to now up above the ankles. N is also now n my hands too, but not as bad as the feet, yet.
