Advice Needed From Anyone That Has Done The Surgery I have done 3 cortisone injections on my left heel and I am now pain free on the left BUT I put additional stress on the right heel in the process. I just did my 4th injection on the right side and I follow up in 4 weeks in regards to surgery.
