After 18 days I finally figured out how to sleep, walk in the boot, exercise an hour a day without standing, shower freely, and chill. PSA: Don’t worry about OSSIO if you are healthy. The rate of failure is less than 1/500. I was very concerned due to softer bones than expected. I learned that after menopause, even with stellar Dexa, calcium,Vit D, potassium, magnesium, etc. levels, your bones are softer- but NOT too soft. I’m still not allowed to go for a walk until week 6, but I can do everything I need to and more. Stay positive even when you’re tired and frustrated. There is a in your future and pretty feet!
