after several years of suffering I went ahead with the cortisone shot and it seemed to give just enough for the pf to heal itself. I had hoped to be done with this burden from hell and for a year I was great. but after being shacked up in a cabin for 3 months with almost no walking and then suddenly in a big city with 15k steps a day I noticed pain!! Oh no. the demon is back! but if feels slightly different in that it’s primarily my h
