Almost 2 weeks post op from my full release surgery. I have no regrets and I’m so glad I finally did this for myself. My 4 stitches come out Wednesday and I started PT last week. As a mom of 4 (with a needy 2 year old) and having a small farm I was nervous about recovery. Let me tell you, my pain is gone! 3 years of pain GONE.
