Anybody who can chime in , please do so Last 5 months I have had heel pain . About 3 years ago I had plantar Fasicitis in my right foot but the pain was mostly on the heel but on the side . Felt like walking on glass . Had 1 prp sot after a year of hell and it worked and I’m 3 years no pain ( thank you lord ) Now … left foot pain but on the heel and towards the back. Feels like I’m walking on a bruise or bone . Went to the dr ( foot
