Anyone else have this specific shoe problem?

Anyone else have this specific shoe problem? I have bunions, but I have a very narrow heel. Buying wide shoes doesn’t work because I end up walking right out of them because my heels are so narrow. I try to find the roundest toe boxes I can, and buy brands like Vionic, New Balance, Earth, Dansko (the flexible ones, not the clogs) and Rockport, but sometimes those are too narrow in the toe box for me and the wide widths too wide.
