Anyone else trying to heal diabetic foot ulcers?

Anyone else trying to heal diabetic foot ulcers? I healed my left foot and now have 2 on my right 4th toe side and one on my heel. The two on the side, they attempted to heal with total contact cast but it bruised my leg, so I’m having to do it the old fashioned way of staying off it with a Darco boot. I keep getting callus and this past visit dr at wound care got worried because they had to debride down to near the top bone of my 4th toe. I’m doing 2x a day 50% betadine wet to dry and wiping clean with saline and 4 x 4s but the pain after stuffing the hole is bad. I’m on 225 Lyrica, some Advil and Tylenol but it’s not helping much. Ideas?
