Anyone one have any hints on stopping those "zingers" which feel like small electrical charges that go through the incision area....I know its a long shot, just wishful thinking....but these are driving me absolutely crazy....its been 8 weeks post op.... Only walking for 5 mins per hour for 2 weeks. I was told to buy Hoka trainers but when I showed him he said leather like tennis trainers are better. But he said they needed to be raised at the back and front slightly when he said about the Hoka ones. I iced and elevated often. Boot is off and toe is healing. My Dr wants me to use a lace up shoe. I believe with the swelling, I’ll need a 7 1/2 to fit in comfortably.
