Bunion thoughts… Can anyone tell me how bad this is from the picture?

Bunion thoughts… Can anyone tell me how bad this is from the picture? I now have a tonne of pain on the side of my foot but most recently also on the ball. Feels like I’m walking on a pebble. I’m a gardener and have a small holding. With surgery will I be able to get about? I am in so much pain but not sure how to deal with being immobile when I have animals that rely on me. I’m sure I’m not the first to have this concern… would love to hear from anyone that’s been through anything similar. No photo description available. Shared post UnforgettableArugula1922 how likely is it that this new pain could progress to a regular thing? does it happen to you guys often or is it just me? so i have a loft bed with a metal ladder. i was climbing into it a bit ago, i guess i curled my foot gripping it on the ladder, and my tailors bunion cramped with the most intense bunion pain ive ever felt. im used to intense cramping and that “locked” feeling when i bend my foot the wrong way sometimes(usually on the arch but sometimes the tailor bunion too No photo description available..
