Can anyone recommend any decent insoles or footwear for pain in the foot and heel please? I can't walk bare foot flat sandals etc make the pain worse... it's summer and I'm having to live in my trainers...so any recommendations for summer shoes also. Thank you x

The Gdefy shoes are good for the heel problem. I'm in Brooks Ghost Max with Upstep custom insoles. I also snip at revs acupuncture insoles. My feet don't like flat surfaces. I take walks over terrain. Since I have the opposite problem, I'm trying to make my feet slap the ground. You might try a longer stride. Try lifting your front toe. What I'm doing wrong might be what you should do.
I had no luck changing my shoes , I got insoles from upstep and have been amazed by the difference !
Superfeet make a good insole. Make a visit to a running store to make sure you are in the right trainers. I like Aerothotic flip-flops for great support and cute colors
Yes, the Hoka tecovery slides are awesome!
I haven’t found anything yet with a firm enough arch support I have very high arch and can’t wear slides that are too soft or squishy 😢

Try Hoka Recovery slides. They instantaneously cured my plantars fasciitis. Now all I wear are Hoka sneakers, boots, recovery slides and sandals.
I can recommend these slides sandals! My podiatrist told me to wear them and now I live in these!

Hello, I have same problem, OluKai flips have a fairly high arch support, also I’ve had good results with Hoka OneOne flips, and they’re cheaper than OluKai 🤷🏼
I've tried many different brands and now appreciating my Gdefy sneakers
