Still on prescription painkillers, but half the dose. Using the cold therapy machine round the clock behind my knee (20 mins on, 20 mins off cycles). Best purchase, as it really numbs the pain. The big news is that I can heel walk with my surgical shoe and crutches. Just to the bathroom and back, but thrilled that I can put some weight on it. The PA said that yesterday and today are the worst pain days, so eager to get through today. I have my Neke Logan I’m in Australia and have recently seen the foot surgeon, Dr Hanly in Brisbane.
