Severe calluses with arthritis: seeking pain relief solutions

Does anyone have callus issues? I have hydrocephalus, psoriatic arthritis and non-diabetic neuropathy so I'm not a stranger to pain. However, these calluses are absolutely terribly painful and affect everything I do! I've had foot issues since high school and I've been seeing the same podiatrist for the same amount of time. For the last 2 years I've had to have my feet scraped every 3 weeks because any callus removal I've tried at home hasn't worked. My doc is like an older brother I've been seeing him so long so he's always concerned about me. He wants me to have a surgery to raise the bones in my feet but I can't save up enough money to be able to pay my bills while I'm recovering. The pics don't really show how bad the calluses really are. The right foot has a black spot in the middle like a seed which my doc says is a very odd core. My feet are like walking on hot stones!! Add arthritis and neuropathy in my feet, well, triple that pain!! I currently deliver pizzas because I had to retire from my photography business. I like my job simply because I get the opportunity to sit in my car for a period. I've had offers for a couple of really good jobs but they require being on your feet! Has anyone found any callus pain relief that helps, even a little? Walking or even standing for a few minutes is almost impossible anymore but I have to work! I have very good shoes and inserts make it so much worse. It's 3:30 am and I'm wide awake because at 6pm I spent 30 minutes walking in a grocery store because all of the electric carts were being used and I hurt so bad!
