Edited to say a do have orthotics from a podiatrist, but they are hard. I thought there might be some other new ones out now. Pic below Which orthotics has helped your feet the most?

I recently got these on Amazon last week and they have worked so far. We'll see if this will pass the test of time but my custom orthotics from my previous podiatrist were way too hard on my heel and arch. These ones are firm but not as hard and the gel heel helps with my heel pain. My friend just saw a podiatrist who recommended this to him. He said his podiatrist colleague just created these not too long ago. Never heard of these before but they seem decent quality.
