Fractured my right from trauma to it.
Fractured my right from trauma to it. It is still achey a year and a half later. But both my feet are numb and tingly, I never had this issue ever before the injury. started to be an issue shortly after I was walking without crutches or a boot. again, it’s in both feet. Some times the non injured foot is worse as far as tingling and numbness. Any thoughts? I’ve been to many foot doctors and they all say I’m fine, which I’m not. Currently seeing chiropractor but only gives temporary relief

This can be a challenge to address. I have had success in my clinic (am a PT) in reducing swelling in cases such as you describe. Most people, including health care providers, do not realize there can be a 30% to 50% increase in the fluids around the tissues including the periosteum before it becomes visible. This is like putting 18 oz of coke in a 12 oz can. The pressure is huge. I have a video I made for my patients to help them between sessions. If you want the link DM me.
Truly, natural remedies do work. If they didn't, we wouldn't have used them for thousands of years. And, pharmaceutical companies wouldn't be studying plants, taking extracts of them, and patenting them as drugs.this is not a claim or lies I was cured from foot pain and my friend was also cured from Chemo brain by Doctor Akhimien herbal medicine in case you are having any health challenges you can contact him and also get cure too 👉👉 Herbalist Akhimien
My thought is to try exploring tightness in your calf muscles. Your calves are directly related to your feet. You can try rubbing to find tight spots and stretches.
