Good news post. I am 6 years post double bunion surgery. I had a fusion on my right (arthritis) and akin/osteo on the left. My surgeon had me weight bearing from day 1. I was struggling with my bunions for a number of years. Wore orthotics and good quality shoes but knew they were only getting worse (pain).
