Had a little bump on left foot for a while and the right one popped a year ago.

Had a little bump on left foot for a while and the right one popped a year ago. I didn't know anything about bunions before that. But now its extreme, no shoes fit. Pain is horrible. Got some Hoka wide shoes but even they hurt after a while. Any info on shoes I can try would be appreciated. Also it seems like there is a lot of inflammation going on inside, has anyone tried cortisone injections? I'm so limited by this condition. Any other tips?
