Has anyone else noticed this lately?

Has anyone else noticed this lately? Within the past month or so, I've received several quote requests by email. When I reply asking them to complete my intake forms so I can prepare quotes, they respond by asking if we can jump on a "quick Zoom meeting." My office doesn't use Zoom, so I offer to communicate by phone, email, or conference call instead. I'm curious—is this becoming a new trend with prospects, or should I trust my gut? Something about multiple people making the same request has me feeling a little uneasy. I'd love to hear if anyone else has experienced this or if I'm just being overly cautious. See less
