has anyone ever had a pain so sharp on the under side of your foot closest to the toe beside the pinky toe that it feels like the bone is going to poke out but it's not. I can walk ok but as soon as I sit down it starts to throb. I've looked the best I can and I think there is the beginning of a callus there. When it let's me know its there nothing can touch it, the sheets, the floor, anything soft or hard it's very tender for a bit t
