Has anyone experienced the nail fungus on a big toe and also slight joint pain where toe attaches to foot?

Has anyone experienced the nail fungus on a big toe and also slight joint pain where toe attaches to foot? I am trying to attack this topically and systemically. Because of some other symptoms, I believe I also have a systemic yeast infection in my blood. I've had it many years ago. My toe lost the toe nail due to injury and it has been trying to grow back for over a year now.
