Has anyone felt like they’ve tried every doctor and test and nothing has worked????

Has anyone felt like they’ve tried every doctor and test and nothing has worked???? I’ve been to my general doc, podiatrist, dermatologist, urgent care, er, and infectious disease doc. I’ve had an mri, X-rays, culture. Started about 8 months go with pain and redness on my pinky toe. General doc said athletes foot which I knew it wasn’t and he gave me nystatin. That didn’t work and it got worse so he called in an anti fungal pill. No bueno. Referred to podiatrist. He said it w
