Has anyone had a Cheilectomy and be worse off after?

Has anyone had a Cheilectomy and be worse off after? I had surgery in February of this year and I’ve had continuous pain since. It’s a different pain than before surgery. The area that hurts is a larger area over the scar of surgery. It hurts with every step. Most shoes I limp noticeably in. The inserts made do not help. I am not wearing heels. I’m waiting on MRI results from a pain therapy doctor,but concerned something occurred
