Has anyone had a deep, bleeding crack on their foot?

Has anyone had a deep, bleeding crack on their foot? What helped? Back story: I have had two bunion surgeries on my right foot, the second one being a fusion in 2020. For the last few summers, I’ve developed a deep open crack where my big toe meets my sole—kind of in between my big toe and my second toe, but more on the big toe side.
