Wondering if it's from adjusting my foot when I walk to avoid the PF pain. I see a podiatrist tomorrow to address everything. My orthopedic dr. wanted DME or surgery. No in-between. About 3 years ago I had plantar Fasicitis in my right foot but the pain was mostly on the heel but on the side . Felt like walking on glass . Had 1 prp sot after a year of hell and it worked and I’m 3 years no pain ( thank you lord ) Now … left foot pain but on the heel and towards the back. Feels like I’m walking on a bruise or bone . Went to the dr ( foot and ankle surgeon ) checked for heel bursitis, Achilles all the stuff and did a test on my coil. Ruled it PF. Question is …. Does anyone have the pain on the heel ? Hurts with yoga, lunges and ones told that’s classic PF. No testing but I would like an ultrasound and I may have my PCP send me for one . Any experiences welcomed.
